pay and when things will be delivered. We want you to feel in control at all
stages and not to get hit by sudden unexpected deadline changes or hidden
costs. In order to prevent this our quotation process uses the same risk aversion
techniques as our best practices. If something happens outside our control,
we will inform you as soon as we know so you can make a decision about how
