All changes and new requirements after quotation acceptance get submitted
in a structured way. These changes are then reviewed periodically with you
and the likely costs and impact of them is given to you. By doing this, you
are able to properly see the impact they have on cost and performance. We
can then reprioritise if required so that the system still gets created within
a certain time and to your budget.
