clients' machines and networks. Because of this and the complexity of coding,
defects will occasionally appear. Under our standard terms, any defects found
will be fixed free of charge within the first 30 days. Our website features
a bug reporting facility in the customer area so that you can report them
to us. The number and severity of defects reported helps us to improve our
service to you and gives you confidence about what we are doing. Because the
system is automated through our website, you can track the status of these
defects which improves communication between us.
