The recruitment industry has changed over the last few years and more reliance
is made on using the internet to both submit CVs and show vacancies. Many
companies have been so besieged with recruitment agencies that they now specifically
state "no agencies". DSD solutions will be offering a "reactive"
recruitment service concentrating specifically on placing full time staff
members but only at your request. You can come to us with your vacancies then
with our experience of the IT industry particularly with regard to PC and
database development; we are able to properly match applicants to roles. Most
other agencies rely on simple skill keyword matching. They are then not able
to ask the applicant in any depth about these to find out how much they really
know and whether it is just a CV filler skill. This means unsuitable candidates
will still filter through to you.
