This dynamic section is currently under construction and will be completed in three stages.
The first stage will encompass creating and modifying customer accounts and the submitting enhancement and defect requests. These form a key part of our customer support belief as you can read if you click here.
The second stage of the dynamic support section will allow you to see your working documents such as Use Case diagrams and other analysis materials online. The results of change requests and defects you have been submitted will also be listed along with the decisions made.
The final stage will allow you to see the current project status so you know can track how the project is performing.
